не до

Конструкцию «Дат.п. + не до + Род.п.» нужно переосмысливать:

Мне было не до них. – I couldn't deal with them/I didn't have time for them.

Завтра мне будет не до разговоров. – Tomorrow I won't have time to talk/I'll be in no mood for talk. Мне сейчас не до этого. – I'm not up to that now/I can't do that now/I don't have time for that now/I'm in no mood for that now/ I don't feel like that now/I can't cope with that now.
